To drive this point home, Adobe and Axeno hosted “Digital Success Program” on 21 February, 2025, bringing together like-minded leaders to explore the roadmap to digital success. The evening focused on the evolving landscape of digital marketing and technology investments, highlighting the elements necessary for businesses to thrive.
The event began with an insightful keynote from Varun Dandona, Head - Enterprise Business at Adobe, where he spoke about consumers generally have three core expectations from a brand: Know me, show me the right experiences, and help me at the right moment.
Focusing on the ‘People’ aspect, often the most challenging pillar, Dandona remarked, “The challenge with people is that stubbornness leads to stagnation. Organisations where people resist change find it difficult to foster innovation. To navigate this, brands need to identify the right talent, gather diverse opinions, and create pathways to drive innovation.”
This was followed by an engaging workshop conducted by Pragati Malhotra (Senior Solutions Consultant, Adobe) and Abhishek Shrivastava (Chief Business Officer, Axeno Consulting) featuring some fun quiz too. The interactive session followed a detailed discussion on balancing the three pillars of digital success.
During the workshop, the top highlights were how brands often take a fragmented approach to solving challenges. Some over-index on technology, others hyper-focus on process optimisation for operational efficiency, and some prioritise hiring talent without aligning the other two pillars. The key lies in balancing people, processes, and technology, ensuring they work in harmony to drive sustainable success.
The evening culminated in a panel discussion moderated by Ankur Mittal, CEO and Co-Founder, Axeno, featuring Avi Kumar, CMO, Ferns N Petals, and Soumitra Dankar, Consulting Practice Manager, Adobe India. The panel explored the dynamic interplay of people, processes, and technology in driving business success and discussed how despite the strategy is crucial, flawless execution supported by an empowered and connected workforce truly drives transformation.
